Claim Resolution
Should a claims issue arise or if you have a question that is not answered in the online handbook, please use the following guidelines, mutually agreed upon by the Cinnaminson Township Education Association and Administration, to ensure that your issue is resolved in the quickest, most efficient manner.
Step 1
Call the insurance carrier directly as the vast majority of issues should be resolved by this first phone call. Here are the phone numbers for your Carriers' customer service departments:
