Our Employee Advocacy Program has over 20 years of experience providing advocacy services and consists of highly trained professionals with backgrounds in human resources, doctor's offices, carriers, and broker offices.
No More Calling the Carrier! This dedicated team of professionals will work closely with you and your dependents to address any benefit questions, problems, or concerns that may arise. They take ownership of the problem and personally handle the matter from beginning to end. An overview of the services include-

Answer questions about benefits, claims, coverage, referrals, and ID cards

Act as an advocate with the insurance carrier to resolve outstanding claim issues

Provide assistance with writing appeals for claims
